- When a shipment is received, its arrival is instantly reflected in the client portal, giving full visibility from day one.
- Assets are input and reconciled within five business days, including verification against any advance shipment notices (ASNs) and resolution of serial number discrepancies. If issues are found - such as asset locks or damage - photos are uploaded to the portal and resolution efforts begin immediately. An audit report with complete details is delivered within 14 days, and all assets are either resold, recycled, or redeployed within 60 days.
