Not happy with your hardware purchase?
Apto Solutions offers our customers a limited warranty against mis-represented products. All returns and credit requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Customer must fill out all fields below or complete the downloaded return form if claiming multiple issues.
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
- Customer must provide photos or videos showing the shipment condition at the time of delivery.
- Customer must receive and inspect the shipment prior to transfer or resale.
- If the order has been damaged by the carrier, repackaged, or reshipped to a different location or 3rd party, it becomes ineligible for return or credit.
- Customer must be prepared to ship the product back within 5 business days after we respond to the request. We reserve the right to request that any or all items from the order be returned if we deem it necessary to investigate the claim. Failure to comply may void the claim.
- Customer is responsible for returning all original packaging, labeling, and components.
- The RMA number must be clearly labeled on the inside and outside of the return package.
